Avocado Cheesecake
This no-bake avocado cheesecake blends creamy avocado with tangy lime for a refreshingly smooth and vibrant dessert.

Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
½ cup of lime juice
½ of condensed milk
200 g of crushed biscuits
200 g of melted butter
Lime zest

Instructions
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a baking tray to form the base and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- In a blender, add the avocados, lime juice, and condensed milk until you have a smooth consistent paste.
- Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Decorate with lime zest and serve cold.
